| Artist Statement: | In Dec 2011/Jan 2012, Quilting Arts Magazine featured their Pet Peeves Challenge. “Cat in Fridge”, my quilted response to the challenge, appeared in the magazine with this caption: “My pet peeve is having a cat rummaging through my fridge—definitely not where she is supposed to be!” The quilt was based on a photo of my cat Friskers, the feline star, nosing around in the open fridge. |
